President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will on December 7, 2025, confer the Distinguished Award for Excellence in Infrastructure Delivery and Sustainable Regional Growth on the Managing Director (MD) of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NNDC), Dr Samuel Ogbuku.<\/p>\n
