The company is now pursuing a broader strategy that includes hydrocarbon exploration, mining, production and distribution.<\/p>\n<p>Eguarekhide Longe, Managing Director of NASD OTC Plc, indicated that the over-the-counter market could provide a financing and market visibility platform for the company\u2019s expansion strategy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DECISION HIGHLIGHT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Geo-Fluids Group Plc has adopted a holding company structure designed to support participation across multiple segments of the hydrocarbon value chain.<\/p>\n<p>Shareholders approved a significant recapitalisation during the company\u2019s annual general meeting, increasing share capital from N2.13 billion to N25 billion.<\/p>\n<p>The recapitalisation involved the creation of additional ordinary shares which
