Transactions, including MTN Group Limited\u2019s $6.2 billion acquisition of IHS Towers and fintech deals by Flutterwave, Paystack, and Moniepoint, reflect a move towards vertical integration, infrastructure control, and full-service financial platforms, with M&A accounting for nearly a quarter of total deals amid elevated global interest rates and reduced venture capital inflows.<\/p>\n
