Mustafa Bello as Chairman following the retirement of founder and long-serving Group Chairman Jim Ovia, who exited after reaching the 12-year tenure limit prescribed under Nigeria\u2019s corporate governance framework for financial holding companies and related banking institutions.<\/p>\n
